We keep our prices affordable so that jewellery can be purchased by the average person rather than only a select few. Although most of our items have a lower price points we still have higher end jewellery available for purchase we will leave the choice up to you.

If there is a particular item that you are looking for but can not find on our site please contact Sales@OtteryJewellery.com.au and we will endeavor to help you find the appropriate piece even if that means sifting through our suppliers catalogues and ordering the piece in. 

We will not lie to make a sale if we genuinely can not get an item we will tell you. if we do not have the piece we will tell you. good customer service is based around honesty, integrity and trust.
