Returns & Shipping


We will endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days on receipt of payment this however, is not always possible and some small delays may occur. We will contact you via your preferred contact method to advise you of any delays. This does not apply to special order products, custom pieces, repairs as well as some selected watches. We, at our discretion will add a signature on delivery, depending on the value of the piece we may add optional insurance. If you want signature on delivery and/or insurance we may, at our discretion add this free of charge depending on the value of the piece if not there may be a small fee that may need to be paid (no more than $10 per package on Australian orders only) 


We offer free registered post shipping Australia wide on all orders less than 500 grams. 


A flat fee of $10 AUD will apply to all international orders. 


We are always happy to accept returns and give a refund/exchange due to faulty workmanship, defective product, wrong product delivered or any other mistake made on our part. We however, will not accept returns because of a change of mind, wrong size product, if you mistakenly order the wrong product, damage to product due to misuse, damaged cause by it's wearer, etc. In the case wrong sized product or if you make a mistake with your order, we may at our discretion offer a store credit upon return of item or exchange your item for the correct size (resizing charge may apply). Customer may be required to pay for return shipping on products. No refunds, exchange or store credit will be issued until it has reached our premises and the item has been fully inspected.
